RELIGIOUS MATTER:Knowledge:The escape from misguidance By: Sani Mubaraq

It is one thing to claim Islam but another thing entirely to live and use Islam as a yardstick to measure our affairs. The sole purpose of our sojourn into this fragile abode(a timely one at that)is to seek for the pleasure of our Maker, we shouldn't err and derail from the path albeit erring is an integral part of the human race. A sane mind should not be disjointed and dislocated for a mistake that is unplanned, forgiveness awaits him. No such thing as eternal damnation in this affair saves those whose hearts find solace in apostasy and disbelief. For it is enjoined that an apostate should be cleared up to render his impact and blasphemous act fruitless.
We are all challenged to work and contribute significantly to the betterment of our brethren as believers. Now the question that needs to be answered is if an ignorant fellow, that is not well versed in the scripture and the traditions of his Noble face can venture into this redeeming business. No! Such will only escalate the misguidance to a point where if necessary steps are not taken can bring a new birth into this affair, much of what we witness today.

Here we go,
Our Deen is the very embodiment of knowledge, wisdom, and tolerance and the unextinguished virtue of our faith is truthfulness, any measures contrary to these are anathema to what the Prophet brought. Also, it has been for the time immemorial safeguarded by tenets and principles which have its sources only from the Divine Scripture and Sunnah. So we put a question forward to those who deem it fit to come with oil to stain this ageless white piece that who approved of them? Who gave them such an audacity? No reasonable answers should be expected of them. If only they have, it will be conjured fallacy and they are always ready to succumb to misinterpretation of the text. One would wonder if they are people whose heads are empty.
Certainly, most of them know the truth but are being driven by baseless desires for wealth and luxury, their love for this Dunya is indeed echoed by their action. Should their desires be sought by manipulating the words of the Highest when he has warned that we should not indulge in it? He says :

And believe in what I have sent down confirming that which is [already] with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And do not exchange My signs for a small price, and fear [only] Me. ( Quran 2:41)
These people are nothing but felons!

The ignorance of their acolytes also bugs the soul, their masters are veterans in the act of brainwashing, they have been made to attest to and affirm their superiority by belittling the essence of knowledge and Sunnah. They place themselves in positions which even the Prophet never placed himself and none of his noble companions placed neither him nor themselves.
Their way of worshipping and living today is according to intellectual reasoning constructed on foundation of the  unproven and unprovable and they clinched to the ark named "Men of God" or say " The fallible beings " albeit they are self-acclaimed, heavenly acclaimed nobles or men of God don't boast about it, they won't even have the slight knowledge of them being acclaimed.
Self acclaimed men of God who in their own thinking and that of their acolytes are channels and symbols of the spiritual world. Are they certified to provide service only God can render?  Their worldly skill is so minute and they need tactical means of survival, such that would be on the plinth of nobility and free from the tongue lashing and finger pointing, hence they resolved to exploit people of their hard earned money through supplications and invocations. Yet they never ceased to profit from the disaster of their ignoramus acolytes.
For one thing, the Supreme Deity is not copyrighted and His realm is ever accommodating to anyone that would enter. He is ever listening to anyone that seeks

And your Lord says, "Call upon Me; I will respond to you." Indeed, those who disdain My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible. (Quran 40:60)

It is manifested from the verse above and from others that claimants to possession of Godhood are in fact the greatest liars and are obstacles that are supposed to be consigned to the dustbin. Funny how those whose sights have been shielded from the truth, with burdened hearts as a result of overindulgence in innovative acts claim righteousness. To say the light of guidance that permeates the hearts has faded in theirs is not an overstatement.

And yet some of them attribute to themselves some attributes which solely belongs to the supreme being. It is an untoward behavior and the fastest route to disbelief. These are people who fall preys to worldly possessions and become agitated when struck by hunger and thirst, they become too furious at mere insults and when they sleep at nights, they are unaware of what transpires feet away from them. But they have so inserted themselves into crevices of landscapes and social actualities seeking fame and veneration. The peak of misguidance!

Also, there are some of them who are so resolved to cause confusion in the religion and run its affairs as if the Scripture was revealed in their backyard. The sheer scale of their operation and misguidance is indeed so alarming and their circle is nothing but that of frivolity, innovations and corrupt practices. Should Abu Qaseem be resurrected and visit one of our religious circle, he would let out a cry and proclaim that what they do today is certainly not what he brought.

Can we stay clear of all these and walk the straight path? What is the way out of this palaver?
The perpetual elasticity of knowledge and its essence has been emphasized through ages. To be sound both spiritually and intellectually, to be free from these emissaries of misguidance and disbelief, it is incumbent upon us all, be it young or old, rich or poor, male or female to seek for knowledge with sincerity and live with it.
