It is no more a story to the ear, the plague that is transferring from one terrain to another, of which the whole world are fearing of contacting the deadly disease. It is paramount till extend seeing infants pronouncing or calling the names in one ways or the other, you will hear some of them calling it corolla boidus, and other calling it coroma festus, even ages are not excluded in calling it in their own way such as corona vices, covick and many more.
The plague or pandemic disease has aggravated many medical practitioner, religio -legal, scientist and prescription which have strongly influenced the faith, altitude, doctrine, confidence, trust, idea and behavior of the believers toward the disease.
And Allah (s w t) has said in the only book, certainly or positively we shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruit Q 2:185. This ayah has described the calamities the world is facing such as fearing of contacting the disease, lack of food to keep us indoor, falling of market by business tycoon and loosing of family, members friends , brothers and sisters in deen.
Moreover, people have been clamouring that it is man made virus, even if it is, can something happens without the consent of the Almighty. Though Allah has says in his Book, whatever of good reaches you, is from Allah, but whatever of evil befalls you, is from yourself, till the end of the ayah (Q 3:79).
Therefore, the plague is one of the sign of Almighty and the way of telling people that he has different ways of dealing with the mankind and none of us know the way of how his punishment can contact us except the only Almighty cos he (s w t) said and none can know the hosts of your lord but he Q 74:31.
Furthermore, Allah said, Evil has appeared on land and sea because of what the hands of men have earned , that Allah may make them taste a part of that which they have done, in order that they may return (by repenting to Allah, and begging His Pardon) (Q 30:41)in this ayah it shows that Allah put fear to the world in other to return back to him, and he also tell us in another ayah that if such happen what are the things that the believers must do, He (s w t) said But give glad tiding to patient Q 2:155. Who, when afflicted with calamity, say: "Truly! To Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return." Q 2: 156, instead of we believers to return to the Almighty We started engaging our selves in many shirks, disseminating of false messages, given the plague more priority than Almighty even some people did not believe that it is a trial from Almighty.
`Aishah ra yAllāhu 'anha (may Allāh be pleased with her) reported: I asked the Messenger of Allah allallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) about pestilence and he said, “It is a punishment which Allah sends upon whomsoever He wills, but Allah has made it as a mercy to the believers. Anyone who remains in a town which is plagued with pestilence maintaining patience expecting the reward from Allah, and knowing that nothing will befall him other than what Allah has foreordained for him, he would receive a reward of shaheed.” [Al-Bukhari].
In conclusion as a good believers we have nothing than returning to Almighty, seeking his forgiveness and ask of his mercy, cos Allah said in his holy book "I said (to them): 'Ask forgiveness from your Lord; Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving;, 'He will send rain to you in abundance;ا'And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers." Q 71:10-12
moreover we have to listen to the instructions and the precautions of the leaders, cos Allah said O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. Q 3:59, let us follows their instructions and the precautions laid down, we ask Allah to heal the world
