It appears after the sunset
And before another sunrise
Some races call it the night
Why others call it dark outside
It is the period
That send multitude back to their abode
It protect the humanity
Through its Black shade
It is the period
That cover the days
After the shinning lamp
Through its darkness
It is the period
That majority go to bed
Most pious utilize the time
And the witch demolish the earth
It is the period
That let us realize
the values of the moon
And the stars in the sky
If not because of the night
How are we going to differentiate
Between today and yesterday
Talk less of tomorrow
If not because of the night
How are we going to calculate
The days of the week
Talk less of the months
